The minimum shipping charge of $8.50 per order.

We ship all packages with UPS. No PO Box addresses will be accepted. Please supply a valid street address for all orders.
There will be a $14 surcharge for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy: At Frackleberrys, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please note no returns on books or CDs.
We provide you with 30 days from when you receive your order to exchange or return your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your items for a store credit or exchange, less shipping charges.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return / exchange items will be shipped to Frackleberrys via UPS or US Postal Service. UPS is preferred, but if shipping with US Postal Service items MUST ship with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We are not responsible for anything lost in shipping.

Exchange / Return Instructions:
• Fill out the return card that was enclosed with your shipment and return via UPS or US Postal Service (if using US Postal Service use DELIVERY CONFIRMATION) to the address below. You will be instructed on the card to either e-mail or call the store for your return authorization code. Returns will not be accepted without the RAC.

The following requirements must be met for any exchange or refund:
• Item must be unused and in resalable condition. All original packaging must be included undamaged. Clothing items must have original tag attached and unworn. If the item is not in new and resalable condition, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please note no refunds or exchanges on CD’s or books.
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Items received for return/exchange later than 30 days after delivery to you will be shipped back to you at your expense.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• We are not responsible for anything lost in shipping. All returns/exchanges must be sent via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
• Returns on items in quantities of 3 or more will be subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
